Situation:

A senior leader was entering a new role as the manager of an enterprise-level customer relationship.

Problem:

The leader needed to learn to manage and influence a challenging and evolving array of stakeholders – both across the table and within the company – in order to achieve better commercial agreements and manage occasional operational conflicts.

Action:

With a multi-year leadership coaching engagement, we helped the leader to step successfully into the new role through regular supportive coaching and advising.

Result:

With our support our client led more than two dozen successful negotiations to completion with a critical and challenging customer, while also impressing colleagues with new habits and behaviors.
